Founded in Mumbai
Major Group is incorporated in Mumbai by Mr. Prahlad Rai Saraf — a visionary who established one of Jaipur's first garment manufacturing and export factories, setting a foundation of quality and enterprise that would last generations.
Pivot into Real Estate
The group moves to Jaipur and enters industrial real estate, applying its manufacturing discipline to the built environment.
Major Complex Begins
Construction begins on the flagship 260,000 sq ft industrial complex in RIICO, Mansarovar — a project that would go on to house India's most respected corporate names.
Land Colonisation Project
Major Group successfully executes a 10-acre land colonising project in Sirsi Village, Jaipur — further expanding the group's presence in Rajasthan's real estate landscape.
Major Complex Delivered
260,000 sq ft of industrial and commercial space delivered in Mansarovar, leased to Reliance Jio, Vodafone, Swiggy, Flipkart and more — establishing Major Group as a trusted developer.
Major Buildcon Launches
The group enters luxury residential development with a deliberately small portfolio — Arkaa Residency and the Bhan Nagar villas.

Mr. Anoop Saraf
Mr. Anoop Saraf built Major Group from the ground up — starting with garment manufacturing in Mumbai before relocating operations to Jaipur and expanding into industrial real estate. With over 40 years of hands-on manufacturing experience, a deep network across industry and government, and an unwavering drive to build things that last, Anoop brings the group's founding values of precision, integrity, and enterprise to every new venture.
Arjun Saraf
Arjun heads Major Group of Companies in Jaipur and is the driving force behind Major Buildcon's residential vision. With a background spanning garment manufacturing, industrial real estate, and now luxury development, Arjun brings an entrepreneur's precision to every project.
